Lucy Ann Crow was born about 1820 in Virginia. She and John Billiter were married on 12 November 1835 in Marshall Co, Virginia. She was married on 19 May 1885 in Wetzel Co, West Virginia. She was buried in Mt Pleasant (Long's) Cem, Tyler Co, West Virginia.

Lewis H Billiter was born in September 1837 in Marshall Co, Virginia. He and Hannah Jane ("Wayts") Waites were married on 28 October 1858 in Tyler Co, Virginia. He died on 1 June 1923, at age 85, in Paden City, Tyler Co, West Virginia. He was buried in Evans Cemetery, Gamble Run, Wetzel Co. West Virginia.

Burial location - Courtesy Greg Winters 10/2004:
"... I notice that you have Lewis' and Hannah's burial location as Evan Cemetery, but there is reason to believe that this is not accurate. I spoke with Ron Billiter - a direct descendant of the couple, and he maintains that they are buried in unmarked graves in Kendle Cemetery.... I have visited both cemeteries personally and performed extensive searches (in addition to utilizing the lists which are posted to the Wetzel County website), but was unable to locate their graves in either place. If you or any of your contacts could provide additional information regarding this, I would appreciate it."
